How to purchase / Notice
- Please gather in front of OAKELY STORE on October 26th (Thu) 8:00 AM-8:30 AM.
- Please note that you will not be able to participate in the lottery after 8:31 AM.
- Please keep in mind that the order of purchase will not be determined by the order of arrival.
- Do not gather before 8AM as it may cause inconvenience to nearby residents.
- OAKLEY MEMBERS CLUB ID is required to participate in the lottery.
- If you are not a member, please complete the membership procedure and then wait at the end of the line.
- The number of entries is limited, and your entry number does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase your desired products.
- You may have to wait for a long time depending on the number of your entry ticket.
- Please refrain from participating in the lottery on behalf of others, using chairs or luggage to take up space in the line, or making others join the line.
- If you are drinking alcohol or bringing alcohol to the event, you will not be allowed to stand in line.
- Distribution of lottery entry number is limited to one per person. Please refrain from joining the line more than once.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff.
- No purchases or payments by proxy will be accepted.
- Upon entering the store, we will check your entry number, ID, and OAKLEY MEMBERS CLUB registration information.
- Copies or screenshots of the OAKLEY MEMBERS CLUB registration information are not acceptable.
- The entry number will not be reissued under any circumstances (such as loss, disappearance, or damage). In addition, we will not be able to provide a photo or any image of the entry number.
- Transferring or selling the entry number is prohibited. If such an action is discovered, we may refuse the purchase. We will not be held responsible for any trouble that may occur.
- Please show your photo ID for identification when you get in line.
- If you do not have a photo ID, you will not be allowed to wait in line for any reason.
Please bring one of the following forms of identification:
1. driver's license 2. student ID with photo (junior high school students and older) 3. basic resident registration card with photo 4. passport 5. residence card 6. special permanent resident certificate 7. physical disability certificate 8. Military Identification Card. - Expired ID cards and copies of ID cards are not acceptable.
- If the customer's identity cannot be verified, the order will be considered invalid regardless of the reason.
- For any initial product defects, we regret to inform you that the product will be returned, not exchanged.
- These products are not eligible for OAKLEY MEMBERS CLUB points or promotions.
- These products are not eligible for OAKLEY prescription lenses.
- Payment is accepted in cash or by credit card only.
- Please note that electronic payment services are not available.
- We will not be able to provide services such as eye examinations or repairs on the day of the event.
- Please do not smoke, litter, or drink alcohol on the street.
- There is no parking lot at the store. We will not be involved in, and will not be responsible for any traffic violations by customers or any other problems related to customers' vehicles, etc. The Company will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of vouchers or purchase time slots due to parking.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel sales in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather, failure to follow the instructions of attendants, inconvenience to neighbors, trouble, or other violations of these precautions. Even if sales are cancelled, no compensation will be provided for transportation, accommodation, or other expenses.
- Regular items cannot be purchased until 11AM. If the store is crowded, entry may be restricted, and you may be asked to wait for a minute.
- Please note that cameras will be used for recording the sales and queuing process for internal management purposes.
- The product will be inspected in advance. Therefore, we do not inspect the product at the time of purchase. In case the purchased product is initially defective, we will accept returns.
- Please note that you will not be able to try on the products to avoid congestion.
